HeartCycle tour participants are responsible for (1) respecting the health and safety of other participants and (2) disclosing any infection that poses a health risk to the other tour participants via email or text as soon as practicable.

Note the following:

• Arrive to the tour in good health.
• We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.
• We recommend that you have been vaccinated.
• View the current CDC guidelines.
• If you become ill or test positive for Covid during the tour, you are expected to take appropriate actions. These could include:
  • self-distancing while riding and at sag stops,
  • sitting separately at meals,
  • avoiding shared buffets,
  • skipping one or more ride days,
  • masking,
  • isolating, and/or
  • leaving the tour if circumstances dictate
